Keith is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in the private lending space. Keith started his career in the early '90s working for one of the top private money mortgage brokerages in California, where he quickly became a top producer working with real estate investors. He then went to work for World Savings & Loan, one of the top portfolio lenders. There Keith headed the field underwriting department known mostly for working with mortgage brokers and real estate investors. After the real estate crash, he founded a private lending company helping real estate investors fund projects while helping his investors lend their money. He not only worked with clients and mortgage brokers directly, but also underwrote and made final decisions on lending. After putting out over $100 million in private capital, Keith went back to work as an Account Executive in the private lending space. Along with being a skilled lending advisor, he has personally flipped 100+ homes. This gives him hands-on experience with both sides of the private lending space.
